Clients must approve each project phase before moving to subsequent stages.
Completion is defined as final delivery, installation, and client sign-off of the project phase.
After completion, any new requests or changes are treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

3. Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project and secure materials and scheduling.
Subsequent payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule.
Delays in payment may affect project timelines and Agape Interiors & Modulars reserves the right to pause work until payments are cleared.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project details, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure access to the site for project execution and inspections.
Review all materials, samples, and deliverables before signing off each project phase.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, drawings, and images created by Agape Interiors & Modulars remain the intellectual property of Agape Interiors & Modulars unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients may use the designs for the intended project only and may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the designs without prior consent.

6. Third-Party Products & Vendors

Materials, furniture, and accessories sourced from third-party vendors are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Agape Interiors & Modulars is not responsible for vendor delays, damages, or restrictions imposed by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agape Interiors & Modulars is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, post-installation modifications, or client negligence.
Liability is limited to the value of services provided and does not cover consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

8. Termination & Cancellation

Clients may terminate the project by submitting a written request, subject to payment for completed work, materials, and administrative costs.
Agape Interiors & Modulars reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or unsafe working conditions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal and project data is collected, stored, and used solely for providing interior design services and improving client experience.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Warangal, Telangana.
